We deliver anywhere in South Africa at a flat rate of R120 per order. Brownies are baked to order in weekly batches; orders are dispatched with a courier in sealed, food-safe packaging within 2–5 working days of your order confirmation.

You’ll receive an order confirmation by email when you pay, and tracking details when your box ships.

Collection is available by prior arrangement only. We do not operate a walk-in shop, so collection happens at markets we are trading at, or where it has been agreed with Melandri in advance. If that applies to you, choose the collection option at checkout and tell us which arrangement it is; we will confirm the time and place with you. Where no arrangement exists, delivery is added automatically and we will contact you before baking rather than cancel your order.

Because our products are perishable baked goods made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been baked and dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@thecraveco.shop with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace the order or refund you in full — your choice.

Orders cancelled before the weekly bake begins are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. Payment details are handled entirely by Yoco, our secure payment provider — card numbers never touch our servers.

We don’t sell or share your information with anyone except the courier delivering your order. You can ask us to delete your details at any time via orders@thecraveco.shop.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once payment is received; we’ll always contact you if a flavour is unavailable for your chosen week.

Our brownies contain gluten, dairy and eggs and are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Full ingredient lists appear on every flavour page and inside every box.
